Haul: Missguided, Primark, New Look

So I recently went on a bit of a spending spree (oops) around the last 3 weeks and I thought I'd post what I got on here for you guys with a mini haul. Most of the places I shopped at I was able to use a student discount. So if you're a student make sure that you always check if you can get a discount and save some money, on the retailer website or on student websites like UNIDAYS.
I've also linked the products for you guys where I can however they may go out of stock so the links may not work in the future.

Missguided is one of my favourite fashion stores as they have super cute clothing and it's not too expensive, they also do student discounts from 10-30% all the time! They also offer loads of different styles of clothing and it is definitely geared towards people of my age group, the only downside is it is only available online (other than random small stands like in the Trafford Centre).

The first thing I found and bought on Missguided was a bodysuit named 'Black Lace Up Oriental Print Graphic Bodysuit' and it was £15. I really like this bodysuit it's so comfy and the lace-up down the front makes it different to other bodysuits I own. Also I feel like this is perfect for a night out and the design is quite edgy too. Within the past year I've really gotten into bodysuits so this is a nice little addition to my growing collection.

The next thing I found on Missguided was a pale blue floral playsuit called 'Blue Printed Strappy 90's Neck Crepe Playsuit', which I also got in a size 8 and was also £15. I love this playsuit so much and it's actually made from a stretchy material so it doesn't feel tight in any areas. Also I don't really own anything like this, especially something with a summery floral pattern. Usually I stick with darker colours and not something involving such patterns and bright colours but as soon as I saw this playsuit I knew I wanted it and that it would be perfect for summer.

My final item on my Missguided was a pair of distressed dungarees which were £30 and I got them in a size 8 (I was debating between an 8 or 10 which is a struggle for me whenever I'm ordering online). They're listed as 'Blue Busted Hem Dungaree Shorts'. Honestly though tt was a hassle to get these as I really wanted dungarees but had an idea in my mind of what I wanted and couldn't find them anywhere. When I saw these on the website I instantly fell in love, however they initially didn't have my size for ages so I kept checking daily to see if they restocked and eventually a size 10 came back into stock. So I added the 10 to my basket and just as I was checking out it became unavailable again so I waited a couple of days and a size 8 came in stock and I just risked it and ordered the size 8 instead, which is good because it turns out the 10 would have been huge on me.

Also in my Missguided order I got given a little pack of 'Candy Kittens' (of course I ate them the minute I got them). They were actually really nice and I appreciated this little extra from Missguided, although I've never had them do anything like that before, I've only ever received vouchers.

New Look

The other shop I went to was New Look, which I actually didn't order on the website, and I just picked a couple of bits. By the way New Look always has a 10% student discount (on UniDays) however sometimes they do 20% off so make sure to check every now and then if you're wanting to get some stuff from New Look and with a little extra discount.

My first item from New Look is a baby pink elastic cropped bardot top which was £8.99 and I got it in a size 8. I really like this top as it's perfect for summer and I don't own a lot of pink clothing, also it's really comfy as it's made from a really stretchy elastic material. I find that this top is also great as it can be dressed up or worn more casually so it can be worn on many different occasions.

The second and final clothing item I got from New Look is a pair of joggers which were £24.99 and a size 8. I seem to have lived in skinny jeans for the past couple of years so I'm trying to force myself to get different styles of pants and I love these. They're so comfortable as they have an elastic waist and ankles which means that it doesn't feel too tight anywhere. Also I love the khaki colour and the little Japanese-inspired design on the side. These are also really my style as they're casual and I think they'll go with a lot of different outfits.

I purchased two items from Primark  which was a pair of sunglasses and a case for them. My previous pair of sunglasses I have literally had for over 2 years (they were from River Island) so I really felt like I needed a change. I think these were £3 (I don't remember the price of the rose gold case, sorry! I'm pretty sure it was under £5 though!) and I think these sunglasses are great as they go with any outfit!
These sunglasses are also different to my last pair of sunglasses which are Rose Gold and more ray-ban style.

I hope you guys enjoyed this haul and I would love to do more of these in the future, especially as I have a shopping addiction. Let me know what you think!
