✧Review✧ Sleek Solstice Highlighter Palette

So today I'm going to be reviewing the Sleek Solstice highlighter palette, I have had this palette for a quite a while now so I feel like I can give you guys my honest long-time opinion.
This palette retails for £9.99 at Superdrug and Boots and $14.99 at Ulta.
You've probably heard of this palette before as it went crazy viral a while back due to Jaclyn Hill featuring it on her snapchat and then every youtuber wouldn't stop talking about it for ages. So since I had this palette before it went viral I thought I'd give you my honest opinion on it.

Honestly I really like the packaging of this palette I think it looks really pretty and doesn't feel or look cheap even with this being a drugstore product. Although the downside to the shiny reflective packaging is that it shows every mark and fingerprint possible.

In this palette there are 3 powder highlights and 1 cream highlighter. My opinion of this palette is that all the colours are amazing, I have really pale skin so its hard to find a highlighting palette where all the colours suit my skintone and aren't too dark.

'Hemisphere' is purple enough to be noticable however it is not too much to wear you look silly. 'Equinox', the rose golden is gorgeous, initially I was worried this might look too dark on my skin however I was wrong.
The 'white' colour 'subsolar' is my personal favourite as it looks the most bright on my pale skin.
As for the cream shade 'ecliptic', the colour itself is decent however I don't like this one as much as the powders as it is harder to apply and sometimes shows the texture of my skin. I don't have this same problem with the other powder shades though.

Left - Without Flash, Right - With Flash
[1 - Ecliptic] [2 - Hemisphere] [3 - Subsolar] [4 - Equinox]
These highlighters really do apply beautifully and can definitely be built up however even with one swipe there is enough pigmentation. They also blend into the skin great and don't look streaky at all. I would highly recommend this palette to anyone who wants some good highlighters but doesn't want to spend too much money.
